Favre Leuba Makes a Statement with Its First Showcase at Watches and Wonders Geneva 2026
Geneva, April 2026 —
Favre Leuba made its debut at Watches and Wonders Geneva 2026, marking a defining moment in the brand’s recent revival. As the world’s premier watchmaking exhibition, the salon serves as the global stage where the world’s leading watch brands unveil their latest masterpieces every year; notably, only 65 brands exhibiting this year.
Entry into this circle is incredibly exclusive; the Watches and Wonders committee selects only a handful of maisons from a large pool of applicants. The fact that Favre Leuba is exhibiting only 18 months after the relaunch of the brand underscores the profound historical impact Favre Leuba has maintained over nearly three centuries, as well as the compelling modern vision led by the industry legend Patrik Hoffmann, CEO of Favre Leuba.
“To be part of Watches and Wonders Geneva is both an honour and a statement. It reflects not only the strength of Favre Leuba’s nearly three-century legacy, but also the clarity of our ambition as we shape its next chapter with purpose and conviction,” said Patrik Hoffmann, CEO of Favre Leuba.
During the fair, the maison presented its evolving identity alongside an expansive display of its 289-year heritage through vintage timepieces and milestones. The response to both the brand’s presence and its latest introductions reflected a growing interest in an approach that balances historical continuity with contemporary execution.
Harpoon Revival
The Harpoon Revival returns to one of Favre Leuba’s most distinctive designs, first introduced in 1966. Defined by its compact proportions and unconventional dial architecture, the watch preserves the character of the original while refining its execution for the present. The 36.8mm case, with a slim 10mm profile, reinforces its balanced and wearable proportions. The horizontally oriented hour markers at 12, 6, and 9 o’clock remain central to its identity, set against a sunray-brushed dial that adds depth without distraction. Powered by the FLD04 automatic calibre, the Harpoon Revival brings together historical design and contemporary performance in a balanced, considered form.
1737 Triple Calendar
With the 1737 Triple Calendar, Favre Leuba introduces a new collection rooted in its legacy of classical complications. Taking its name from the brand’s founding year, the watch draws inspiration from mid-century calendar timepieces while adopting a more contemporary approach to proportion and layout. Its 39mm case houses a structured, multi-layered dial displaying day, date, month, and moon phase, arranged with clarity and balance. Driven by the FLD06 automatic calibre, the 1737 presents a modern interpretation of a traditional complication, anchored in precision and restraint.
Favre Leuba looks forward to building on the momentum of its debut at Watches and Wonders Geneva, with further developments to follow as the brand continues to shape its next chapter.
